We are passionate about dogs at River Haven Labradors, especially the lovable and intelligent Labrador Retriever breed. With an undeniable love for these remarkable companions, the McKay family began River Haven Labradors, a small hobby kennel, in 2019. We’re dedicated to producing versatile Labrador Retriever puppies who are family-raised in our home.
They genuinely are all-purpose Labradors Retrievers. We’re blessed to call them our companions!

Our Labrador Retrievers’ care and well-being are among our highest priorities. We attend obedience and conformation classes regularly, compete in AKC and UKC conformation, and have dabbled in Rally and trick dog. You’ll often spot us camping, swimming, training, shopping, or traveling with our dogs and puppies.
At home, our dogs enjoy roaming free on our swaying prairie and shaded woodlands, taking naps on our decks, cooling off in the doggie pools, or finding a sunny spot in the house to curl up.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards when raising the next generation of labrador retriever puppies. Our commitment to their health, happiness, and overall well-being is unwavering; from early ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) to the puppy culture program, we strive to give each puppy the best possible start. When our labrador retriever puppies are born, they enter a world filled with love, attention, and compassion.

We are delighted to share our upcoming breeding plans for our next litter. As a small hobby breeder, we typically have one or two yellow labrador retriever puppy litters yearly and often keep a puppy for our program. We make every decision with these goals: To consistently produce healthy, well-tempered, and well-rounded puppies while preserving the breed's conformation and integrity.
